Your #ToothTipTuesday this month is a reminder to keep track of how old your toothbrush is and to be sure to grab a replacement every 3 months! Studies show that about after 3 months of normal wear and tear, your toothbrush is much less effective at removing plaque. Also, be sure to get it replaced after an illness as germs can hide in your toothbrush’s bristles and could lead to reinfection.
